Doctors call it a hypnogogic jerk, a natural reaction they say, to your brain thinking you're dying, when your breathing and heart rate slow as you fall asleep.
I like coincidences, coffee, good music, obscure quotes, abbey lee kershaw and miranda kerr, when i can feel my ribs and skins.
